Thank you for taking a moment to learn about me and my mission with The Engagement Culture Company.

I’ve spent decades helping organizations navigate growth, change, and complexity across industries including media, government, healthcare, technology, professional services, and financial services. My work has spanned organizations large and small, public and private, and teams around the globe. In senior leadership roles, I’ve partnered closely with CEOs, executive teams, and people leaders to design and deliver communications, policy, and culture strategies that support transformation, strengthen alignment, and build trust across diverse, distributed workforces.

Across every industry and geography, one lesson has remained constant: an organization’s greatest resource is always its people. When organizations are able to retain their strongest talent—especially during periods of change—they strengthen not only their culture, but their mission and their results. I’ve seen firsthand how clarity, engagement, and inclusion directly influence retention, productivity, and momentum. Whether building communication functions from the ground up, guiding leaders through transformation, or supporting managers as they lead through complexity, my focus has always been on creating systems that allow people to thrive—and do their best work.
